Andromar's main ground floor space, shown from the entry hall, includes a tiled living room, dining area, and kitchen. A sliding glass door leads to the ocean and a spiral staircase leads to the bedrooms upstairs.

The living area is cooled by ceiling fans and breezes from the ocean. DSL and WiFi internet are available, and a DVD/CD player, but not cable or satellite TV.
